This spacious villa is located in a central point within Casa de Campo. An easy ride to the Country Club, La Marina and Minitas Beach are all accessible within an average 5 minutes away by golf cart. 

You are  welcomed by an entry of tropical plants which lead the hall to its open spaces within the main area of the house. 

Equipped with a full modern kitchen, dining table seats 10 comfortably. In the backyard you will find a good sized pool with sunbathing chairs and a spectacular view to the green golf courses. There are five spacious bedrooms in this villa, all ensuite with a studio with a sofabed and a full bathroom.    Staff are a cook/maid and a waiter/helper

This villa has a safety fence that can be installed around the pool. Just le us know if you want that in place for arrival .  There is a playset available, but please note  that the play area is to be used with supervision only and at your own discretion.
